The Installation Process 

We offer our customers a complete installation service. Everything that needs doing is taken care of for you, so you don’t need to worry. You just have to choose the stove or fire that you want and we do the rest. 



With years of experience and full training and certification, you know that you are in the safest hands possible. It is all about the personal touch knowing that your fire or stove will be installed by an expert who will explain the whole process to you. 

  • Step One: First Contact

    You call or email Shaun to make the first contact. Shaun or Rachel will get in touch and arrange a time and day to come around to do a home consultation.

  • Step Two: Home Consultation

    Shaun will come to your house and look at your existing fire. Then he will listen to what you want and advise you what is available by pointing you in the right direction. Shaun will also show you choices either in the showroom or brochures so you can check out the latest stoves, fires, and fireplaces. Also, you can see some of the material samples we use in the fireplace we will design and build for you.

  • Step Three: Follow-Up Phone Call

    Once you have chosen your stove or fire and the sale is complete, we will do a follow-up phone call to let you know when your order will be ready. We will also book an appointment with you to have your stove or fire fitted.

  • Step Four: The Ins and Out of Stove/Fire Installation

    Every installation is different – it depends on the choices you make. Whatever you decide Shaun and the team will deliver the necessary work and materials to achieve your goal i.e. take action to adapt your chosen room to accommodate the fire or stove. Whether it is a new chimney you need, or a flue or something else, we will take care of it.

  • Step Five: The Day of the Installation

    On the Big Day, Shaun and the team will take care of everything. You can sit back and relax. We also tidy up after ourselves. The main thing is that you can be worry-free in the long term as our work comes with a guarantee. Once all the work is complete, Shaun can explain all you need to know about your new fire or stove.
